SJR Foundation
The St. John’s-Ravenscourt School Foundation Inc. (SJRFI) was incorporated in 1998 as a successor to the SJR Foundation, which was created in 1962 to administer any property and assets that may be conveyed to the Foundation by the School or by friends of the School. These may be in the form of gifts, grants, conveyances, bequests or charitable gifts. The Directors of SJRFI administer these gifts according to the terms and conditions of the gifts, according to the powers and provisions contained in the Foundation’s by-laws, and according to agreements with the School.
The SJR Board of Governors and the SJRFI Board of Directors meet regularly to review the financial needs and expectations of the School, and the anticipated gifting level of the School to SJRFI.
