1950

The Great Flood and Re-location of the Schools.
1950, the year known for the Great Flood, Winnipeg was swamped in water and SJCS and Ravenscourt School fared no better. The students had to immediatly be located especially due to the buildings being so close to the Red River. For a short period of time students from Ravenscourt School (then located in Thomson House), were re-located to the University of Saskatchewan to write their exams at the end of term.
