Yesterday morning we hosted the annual Morning at SJR Middle School event for all incoming Grade 6 students and the current Grade 5 students. The students had an opportunity to spend time with their classmates for next year, ask their burning questions about what life is like in Middle School and get acquainted with the School during a scavenger hunt around campus. There was also a surprise meeting with our therapy dog, Uno, as they dropped into the counselling support office and learned the ways in which Ms. Roadley and Dr. Blahy can support them during their time at SJR. We hope all of the students enjoyed the morning!
