Discipline & Physical Activity
Grade 6 & Grade 7 students participate in a mixed martial arts/jiu jitsu workshop as a part of their Evolution Hockey Physical Education classes. Thank you to Daniel for coming in to teach some basic moves and the importance of discipline and respect.
