High Altitude Balloon Club
This week, members of our Grade 7 and 8 High Altitude Balloon Club launched and recovered their student-designed high-altitude balloon during a field expedition. The balloon was launched from MacGregor, Manitoba, soared to the stratosphere reaching an altitude of 100,000 feet, and was successfully recovered near Sperling, Manitoba.
